Richemont Retail Operations Executive in Seoul: drive boutique performance, manage SAP operations, and enhance retail excellence for a luxury heritage maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance and KPIs at store level to monitor business trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support achievement of monthly targets
  • Produce accurate, timely performance reports and business presentation materials to support decision-making by senior management
  • Oversee daily operational administrative tasks including coordinating communications, managing uniforms and packaging inventory, and reviewing staff schedules and attendance
  • Provide comprehensive backroom support to retail boutiques, addressing customer complaints, tracking goods transfers, managing store maintenance, and resolving system errors
  • Assist with retail activities including promotions, new product launches, special events (PSR, VIP events, trunk shows), and visual merchandising guideline implementation with feedback reporting
  • Coordinate monthly and yearly store inventories in collaboration with Richemont local entity and monitor security and HSE standards compliance
  • Support CRM and clienteling data collection and analysis to enhance customer engagement strategies, improve client retention, and drive store performance
  • Create, invoice, and place wholesale orders and re-orders in SAP with accurate partner and customer master data management
  • Manage product allocations, track deliveries, resolve delivery claims, oversee return-to-vendor processes, and edit credit/debit memos
  • Share weekly reports with commercial teams and delivery updates with partner supply chain teams, supporting system administration tasks including vendor creation and purchase order processing

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, sales administration, and supply chain within the retail industry, preferably in luxury or premium environments
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated initiative
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution module) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Structured, autonomous, hands-on approach with ability to manage priorities and multi-task effectively
