Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through proactive client acquisition, retention and personalised clienteling.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service, managing high-value interactions and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through after‑sales care.
- Execute brand merchandising and visual directives to uphold maison standards and optimise product presentation and conversion.
- Manage daily store operations including stock management, inventory accuracy, receiving, POS transactions and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Contribute to boutique events, VIP appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with CRM and marketing teams to maximise commercial impact.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM, preparing regular reports and providing market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-performance retail selling, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with an emphasis on building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Ability to manage confidential client information and handle high-value merchandise with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of retail sales experience, with demonstrable success in luxury or premium brands; experience with high-value merchandise and VIP client service is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or fashion is preferred but not mandatory.
