Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Director to lead operations across Australia and New Zealand, managing boutiques and teams for this prestigious luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and consolidate the retail network across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing seven departments and boutique operations
- Contribute to the three-year market plan and annual strategic plan through regional presentations and business reviews, defining and implementing commercial strategies to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Manage retail team performance, set individual objectives and priorities, and ensure boutique sales and client satisfaction targets are achieved
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison by promoting its universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration across local communities
- Orchestrate the Oceania retail strategy to optimize VIP experiences, drive commercial activity across retail and online channels, and enhance the client experience journey
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, recruitment of new profiles, and cultivation of organizational knowledge and positive mindset
- Maintain efficient and compliant operations, ensuring boutique environments and brand presentation align with Maison excellence standards
