Role & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the commercial strategy and P&L for the assigned region or portfolio of boutiques, meeting sales, margin and growth targets.
- Lead multi-unit store operations, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards for client experience, visual merchandising and operational excellence.
- Develop and coach senior store leaders and cross-functional teams to elevate service, clienteling, and retention; establish clear KPIs and talent development plans.
- Design and execute client acquisition and CRM strategies in close collaboration with marketing and clienteling teams to grow high-value clientele.
- Manage inventory deployment, stockflow and replenishment to optimize sell-through and minimize ageing, working with supply chain and merchandising partners.
- Monitor sales performance and commercial reporting; translate data into tactical action plans and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, loss-prevention and brand-protection policies across all retail touchpoints.
- Partner with merchandising, visual merchandising and marketing to deliver market-appropriate assortments, product launches and in-store campaigns.
- Represent the brand externally with key clients, wholesale partners and local stakeholders; lead store openings, events and VIP experiences.
- Control operating expenses and capital projects while identifying efficiencies and scalability opportunities across the retail network.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (typically 8+ years) leading multi-unit luxury retail operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrable experience in high-jewelry, watches, leather goods or premium accessories retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience developing store managers and building high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, KPI analysis, inventory optimisation and promotional planning.
- Comfortable working across functions (merchandising, marketing, HR, supply chain) and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly and to work flexibly to support boutique operations and events.

Senior leader with extensive experience managing multiple boutiques or a regional retail footprint in the luxury sector, with a proven record of meeting sales and profitability targets and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent professional experience; advanced business qualification preferred but not required.
