Richemont seeks a Retail Client Experience Intern in Singapore to support luxury retail operations and client engagement during an internship placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail team members in delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple touchpoints
- Assist with clienteling activities and relationship management under close supervision
- Help manage inventory, visual merchandising displays, and store operations
- Participate in daily retail floor operations and point-of-sale support
- Contribute to brand presentation and store environment maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic proficiency in retail or customer service
Skills
Experience
No prior retail experience required; however, relevant internship or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed secondary education, with enrolment in a tertiary programme preferred.
