Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with Maison commercial strategy and boutique objectives
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences across in-boutique, telephone, email, and mail interactions
- Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance and conduct to represent the Maison's luxury positioning
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships through superior service, building a robust customer portfolio with qualitative data
- Ensure visual merchandising displays meet exacting standards and maintain constant boutique cleanliness and organization
- Actively participate in team meetings, promotional events, inventory counts, and daily operational activities
- Assist colleagues with customer service, gift-wrapping, stock retrieval, and sales-related support during peak trading
- Execute assigned responsibilities including restocking, display maintenance, sales accessory follow-up, and visual merchandising updates
- Uphold and promote security protocols and operational compliance
- Report key operational information to management and maintain accurate records in Maison information systems
Qualifications
- Associate degree (AAS) or Bachelor's degree holder preferred
- Minimum two years of demonstrated experience in the luxury and high-end retail sector
- Strong multilingual proficiency: fluent in Korean; Chinese and English highly preferred
- Proven track record in retail sales with strong achievement orientation
- Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of luxury goods, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale and customer management systems

Experience
At least two years of professional experience in the luxury and high-end retail field, with prior experience specifically in retail sales or boutique environments preferred. Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles within premium brands or selective retailers is essential.
Education
