Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to discerning clientele at a premium retail location
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer payments accurately
- Maintain product knowledge across the brand's luxury collection
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and purchase decisions
- Maintain the visual presentation and organization of the sales floor
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business
Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and English
