Montblanc seeks a Sales Associate in Mexico City to drive luxury retail sales and deliver exceptional client experiences in the Santa Fe boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to clients across Montblanc's writing instruments, watches, and accessories portfolio
- Engage clients with personalized service to understand their preferences and aspirations
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or high-touch customer service
