Cartier is hiring a Boutique Assistant at its London Harrods location. Greet clients, manage operations, and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, maintaining professional demeanour and upholding Cartier's image
- Manage client waiting times and direct individuals to designated areas, ensuring all clients receive prompt, courteous attention
- Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and its heritage
- Coordinate between Sales Associates, Stock Administration, Cashiers, and Voituriers to facilitate seamless transactions
- Execute gift wrapping and manage the packaging area
- Accompany clients to the boutique entrance upon departure
- Assist with Care Service duties, such as handling pieces for inspection, without processing payments
- Maintain the overall boutique environment in immaculate condition
- Support stock inventories and price labelling activities
- Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines throughout the boutique
- Order boutique facilities and consumables, including bags, beverages, printed materials, and office supplies
Qualifications
- Experience in client service roles, preferably within the luxury sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in a client service role within the luxury industry is preferred. Candidates should showcase a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences in a boutique or retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualification in hospitality, luxury retail, or client service is advantageous but not essential.
