Richemont seeks a part-time retail associate for its Cartier boutique in Düsseldorf, Germany. Guest experience and welcoming support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as the primary point of contact, creating a positive first impression
- Manage guest communication and engagement during waiting periods to maintain satisfaction
- Coordinate customer traffic flow and appointment scheduling using digital systems and applications
- Capture and input customer contact information into digital platforms for CRM purposes
- Provide sales team support and additional assistance as required throughout customer interactions
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with intuitive understanding of luxury clientele expectations
- Background in hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, call centers, or gastronomy
