Richemont seeks a Retail Assistant (3-month temp) in Seoul to support boutique sales, client service and stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, high‑calibre client service and build rapport with new and returning customers in a boutique environment.
- Support sales activity, meet individual sales objectives and assist in achieving store targets through active client engagement and follow‑up.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash/card handling in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: ensure product presentation, visual merchandising and housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
- Manage stock operations including receiving, tagging, replenishment and participation in inventory counts.
- Assist with client appointments, private viewings and in‑store events; escalate client requests to senior advisors or management as needed.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, data protection and internal compliance policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in retail, hospitality or luxury services preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer‑facing retail or hospitality experience; luxury or premium retail experience advantageous.
- Polished, professional presentation with a client‑centric demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea for the duration of the temporary contract.

Typically 1+ year of customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality; prior exposure to premium or luxury retail environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary‑school diploma (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is an advantage.
