Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service and assist clients with product selection
- Support sales transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Process customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support boutique team with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in French and English

Experience
Entry-level or first retail experience acceptable; apprenticeship program provides on-the-job training within a luxury retail setting.
