Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment and point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
• Deliver high-quality client service through greeting clients, managing appointments and assisting with personalised clienteling under supervision.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintenance of boutique presentation standards to reflect brand identity.
• Process goods receipts, returns and basic inventory controls; prepare merchandise for display and client viewings.
• Contribute to administrative tasks such as sales documentation, client file updates and coordination with after-sales/service teams.
• Support in-store events and VIP client experiences, liaising with store management to ensure seamless execution.
• Participate in product and brand training to build product knowledge, materials understanding and brand history.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Retail, Business, Fashion, or equivalent.
• Polished personal presentation and professional demeanour suited to luxury retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends as required by boutique schedule.
• Legal eligibility to undertake an internship in France (work/study authorisation).

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; candidates are typically students with internship experience or short-term roles in customer-facing environments. Demonstrable interest in luxury goods and client service is preferred.

Education

Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Luxury Management, Business, Retail, Fashion, or a related discipline.
