Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant Apprentice in London; 2-year luxury retail apprenticeship with hands-on training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Associates during client presentations, including welcoming clients, serving beverages, and presenting products
- Prepare and wrap products to the highest standards of craftsmanship and presentation
- Process sales transactions, prepare product documentation, and follow established payment procedures
- Maintain brand visual identity standards across the boutique, including visual merchandising and day-to-day maintenance
- Welcome clients, ease their waiting experience by offering refreshments and boutique tours, and prepare sales spaces
- Perform client care services as authorized in the boutique, including polishing and engraving
- Support event organization and special projects that reinforce the Maison's identity
- Monitor and manage back-office supplies including catalogues, packaging materials, beverages, and consumables
- Contribute to operational tasks including stock counts, safe replenishment, price tag updates, and delivery management
- Ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation of boutique counters, displays, windows, and workspaces
Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or tourism
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Understanding of luxury retail service standards with meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and flexible scheduling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort working within a multicultural, cross-functional team environment

Experience
