Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary in‑boutique client service and support sales objectives through consultations, demonstrations and transaction handling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow‑up and appointment management.
- Acquire and communicate deep product knowledge of IWC timepieces, movements and technical specifications to clients.
- Support visual merchandising, window presentation, stock reception, inventory control and housekeeping of the boutique.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and CRM systems, complete administrative tasks and coordinate basic after‑sales or service enquiries.
- Attend structured training modules, team briefings and brand events; apply on‑the‑job learning to daily operations.
Qualifications
- Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract and currently enrolled in or about to begin a recognised vocational programme (sales, retail, commerce or related).
- Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer orientation.
- Keen interest in horology, luxury retail or product craftsmanship and a desire to develop technical product expertise.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Fluency in French is expected; professional competency in English is advantageous.

Entry‑level role. No prior luxury retail experience required; previous customer‑facing or retail internships are advantageous and will be considered positively.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a vocational/sales/retail programme (e.g., BTS, vocational diploma, Bachelor in commerce or equivalent) and eligible for alternance.
