Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through assigned retail and corporate departments on a structured schedule
- Execute operational and strategic projects under the mentorship of senior leaders
- Contribute to merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support corporate functions including supply chain, finance, or human resources
- Build relationships across the organization and participate in cross-functional teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management at program milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, luxury management, economics, or equivalent)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail and corporate environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
