Richemont Retail & Corporate Rotation Program Intern in Milan, Italy. 12-month luxury retail internship with boutique and corporate experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop practical retail expertise through six months of boutique operations and client engagement
- Rotate through selected corporate functions including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communication, PR, Events, Media, or CRM to gain comprehensive business understanding
- Participate in interactive learning sessions exploring luxury retail trends and innovation
- Engage with Richemont leaders and sector specialists to understand diverse career pathways
- Apply analytical and strategic thinking to business cases spanning multiple Maisons
- Contribute to understanding client needs and luxury market dynamics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in university or graduated within the past 12 months
- Strong interest in luxury retail business operations and market transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated presentation skills
- Confident data analysis capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
