Role & Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations for retail store locations
- Reconcile daily sales transactions and point-of-sale systems
- Prepare and monitor store-level financial reports and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable for assigned stores
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Liaise with regional finance teams on budget performance
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

3–5 years of accounting experience in a retail or multi-site environment, with demonstrated proficiency in store-level financial management and reconciliation processes.
