Richemont Responsible Sourcing Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) in Scandicci, Italy. €35,000–€45,000 annually. Supply chain compliance and auditing role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct auditing activities at partner companies, raw material suppliers, and finished product producers with emphasis on environmental, social, health, and workplace safety regulations
  • Collect and maintain data to ensure traceability of processes, materials, and working conditions in terms of safety and social responsibility across the supplier base
  • Update periodic compliance assessments and manage non-conformities with suppliers, acting as a promoter of resolution processes
  • Track and maintain audit progress reporting, updating records periodically to document compliance status

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principal Health, Safety & Environment regulatory requirements
  • Technical expertise in management systems, particularly UNI EN ISO 14001 and 45001
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Law, Economics, or Prevention Techniques in Environment and Workplace Safety
  • Minimum one year of prior experience in inspection and certification bodies, or CSR/Sustainability/HR Administration roles
  • Fluent English (B1 level or higher)
  • Proactive mindset with strong results orientation and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Availability for travel within Italy

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 45,000 per annum.
