Richemont Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury Project Manager in Bellevue, Switzerland. Manage diamonds and gemstones supply chain compliance and ESG initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database, incorporating all due diligence-related information
  • Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for responsible sourcing initiatives across diamonds and coloured gemstones divisions
  • Participate in the definition and refinement of new Responsible Sourcing KPIs
  • Coordinate supplier naturality and traceability audits in collaboration with Richemont experts and Maisons
  • Follow up with Maisons to ensure audit plan execution and provide regular status updates with escalation as needed
  • Support the Head of Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury in preparing Committee meetings and internal/external working groups
  • Contribute to Group ESG reporting and collaborate on emission factors-related initiatives
  • Engage in data digitalization initiatives and ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Prepare meeting minutes and formalize audit campaign outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or Sustainability
  • Minimum 2–4 years' professional experience in Procurement or Sustainability with demonstrated expertise in Responsible Sourcing topics
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
  • Strong data management and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in precious materials supply chains (preferred)
  • SAP knowledge (preferred)

Experience
