Regional Trainer position in New York with Richemont's Northeast Region, driving training excellence and staff development across luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the Northeast region's market needs and brand standards
- Conduct onboarding and skill-development sessions for retail and corporate staff across multiple locations
- Assess training effectiveness and participant competency, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with regional management and headquarters to align training initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Create and maintain training documentation, materials, and resources in compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in training program design and delivery within luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional methods, and performance evaluation techniques
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training administration
- Professional certification in training, human resources, or organizational development preferred

Experience
5-7 years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, or human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a regional or multi-location training role within the luxury sector or comparable premium environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional training certification
