Regional Trainer position in New York with Richemont's Northeast Region, driving training excellence and staff development across luxury retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the Northeast region's market needs and brand standards
  • Conduct onboarding and skill-development sessions for retail and corporate staff across multiple locations
  • Assess training effectiveness and participant competency, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement
