Richemont Regional Strategic Planning Manager position in Hong Kong SAR – oversee integrated marketing planning, budget governance and business analysis across North Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development and coordination of integrated regional marketing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with global priorities, regional business objectives and local market requirements
  • Translate regional strategic priorities into structured planning frameworks, timelines, deliverables and measurable success indicators
  • Support the development and maintenance of the regional 3–5-year strategic roadmap through planning coordination, progress tracking and cross-functional consolidation
  • Coordinate the regional marketing activation calendar, ensuring visibility, prioritization and alignment across functions and markets
  • Prepare executive planning materials, strategic presentations and business updates to support regional leadership and decision-making
  • Coordinate regional advertising and promotion (A&P) budget planning cycles, supporting allocation, investment prioritization and annual planning processes
  • Consolidate budget proposals, prepare supporting justifications and coordinate submissions to Central Budget Planning, ensuring alignment with regional priorities
  • Maintain governance processes and reporting mechanisms to support investment discipline, budget transparency and planning consistency
  • Monitor budget utilization across projects and functions, prepare regular budget reviews, and coordinate reporting for Regional Executive Committee, Headquarters and Finance stakeholders
  • Consolidate business, client and market analyses to support regional strategic planning and business reviews
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to identify market trends, opportunities and performance insights through client, sales and product analysis
  • Coordinate the annual Competitor Intelligence Report by consolidating marketing insights, competitive benchmarking and industry developments to support strategic recommendations
  • Monitor brand performance and key market indicators to support regional planning priorities
  • Support implementation and maintenance of performance frameworks for regional marketing, communications and client experience initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization of planning, reporting and performance tracking processes
  • Monitor business performance against KPIs and objectives, consolidate results and highlight risks, opportunities and areas requiring management attention
  • Prepare performance dashboards, executive reviews and analytical reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior and emerging innovations to identify relevant insights that support regional planning and business development
  • Act as the regional planning coordinator across Central teams, local markets, Retail, Commercial and Product Merchandising to facilitate alignment and effective execution of regional priorities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Client Insights, CRM, Digital, Communications and Events, to ensure integrated planning and timely delivery of key initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business planning, consulting, or regional marketing leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing integrated strategic plans and cross-functional leadership that drive brand equity, client engagement, and business growth across multiple markets
  • Demonstrated experience in advertising and promotion (A&P) budget management, allocation, and financial reporting at a regional level
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer mindset, market dynamics, and competitive landscape across North Asia
  • Experience with strategic planning methodologies, market research techniques, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence, data interpretation, and translating complex data into actionable strategies
  • Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese highly advantageous
