Richemont seeks a Regional Senior Training Manager in New York to lead training initiatives and workforce development across multiple locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs tailored to regional business needs
- Manage and mentor a team of training coordinators and facilitators to ensure consistent program quality
- Establish training metrics, assess program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and strategic workforce development priorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and document all training activities
- Oversee training budgets and manage resources efficiently across the region
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-location training functions
- Strong understanding of luxury retail or hospitality training best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop training teams
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training analytics platforms

Experience
8–10 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or related human resources roles, with at least 3 years in a regional or supervisory capacity
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced certification in training and development (e.g., ASTD, IIBA) is preferred
