Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin and market-share objectives across wholesale and retail partners.
  • Manage and develop key accounts and distributor relationships, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Drive new business development, identifying channel opportunities and converting pipeline into sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and retail teams to align assortments, launches and promotional activity with regional demand.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, territory reporting and market analysis to inform commercial decisions and inventory planning.
