Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global brand strategies, adapting campaigns to local market dynamics across Greater China and APAC.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across ATL and BTL channels, including digital, retail activations, PR, events and influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — global brand teams, regional sales, retail, trade partners and external agencies — to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.
  • Own regional marketing calendar, timelines and campaign budgets; monitor spend and deliver accurate reporting on ROI and KPIs.
  • Lead localised creative briefing, asset adaptation and quality control for all marketing materials and retailer collateral.
  • Drive performance measurement through marketing analytics, clienteling inputs and consumer insights to optimise campaigns and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute flagship events, product launches and priority activations in-market, ensuring high standards of luxury presentation and guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline; advanced degree or executive education is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury goods marketing, preferably within watches, high jewellery or premium accessories.
