Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute event activities to effectively communicate the organization's strategic message to internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and deliver events on schedule and within budget while coordinating activities across design, development, sales, marketing, and delivery teams
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop innovative event concepts, themes, and proposals aligned with corporate marketing strategy
• Supervise and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to operational standards and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term work schedules, allocating resources and approving overtime as needed
• Monitor supplier performance, identify operational gaps, and negotiate contracts to optimize value and efficiency
• Manage event budgets, analyze variances, and oversee vendor payments to control costs effectively
• Establish and achieve personal and team performance objectives using organizational performance management systems
• Identify team development needs and implement training or coaching initiatives to enhance capabilities and potential
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental policies, and diversity and inclusion guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Extensive experience in event management with proven ability to handle diverse situations and mentor colleagues
• Demonstrated expertise in resource planning and management to achieve strategic objectives
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices

Experience

Extensive experience in event management, including planning and managing complex events for luxury or high-profile organizations. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage diverse situations with strategic oversight and mentorship capabilities.
