Richemont Regional Senior Event & VIP Experience Manager role in Hong Kong SAR, leading luxury brand activations and clientele engagement across Asia-Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute regionally-scaled events, product launches, and brand activations targeting ultra-high-net-worth clientele and key stakeholders
- Develop and manage VIP relationship strategies, including personalized experience programs and exclusive engagement platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with boutiques, regional offices, and corporate teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and operational logistics to optimize ROI and brand impact
- Oversee client data integration and CRM utilization to create targeted, insight-driven VIP experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to innovate experiential offerings and maintain category leadership
Qualifications
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in luxury events, experiential marketing, or VIP client management within a high-end retail or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-market event strategy and execution across Asia-Pacific or comparable emerging luxury markets
- Advanced proficiency with event management software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners
- Strategic and analytical mindset with proven ability to measure event ROI and optimize programming based on performance data
Skills
Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in luxury events, experiential marketing, or VIP client management, with demonstrated success in multi-market environments and regional P&L responsibility.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
