Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct security operations across the region, encompassing physical security, risk assessment, and threat mitigation
• Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and programs aligned with corporate standards and local regulatory requirements
• Manage security staffing, training, and performance across multiple locations and facilities
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions
• Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and law enforcement on security and compliance matters
• Lead incident response and crisis management protocols for security and HSE events
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all regional operations
• Prepare and present regular security and HSE reports to senior leadership and the board
• Budget management and resource allocation for security and HSE initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in security and/or health and safety management, preferably in a luxury or multi-site environment
• Proven track record of leading regional security operations
• Advanced knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices
• Familiarity with security technologies and systems (CCTV, access control, threat detection)
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and hospitality sector security challenges
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholder relationships

Skills

Experience

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in security management and/or occupational health and safety, with demonstrated success leading multi-site or regional operations. Experience in the luxury retail, hospitality, or high-security environment sectors is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in security management, occupational health and safety, business administration, or a related field. NEBOSH, IOSH, CPP (Certified Protection Professional), or equivalent professional certifications in security or HSE are highly desirable.
