Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional commercial strategy to achieve sales, margin and market‑share targets across wholesale, retail and key accounts.
  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors, retail partners, flagship stores and institutional accounts to maximise brand presence and product sell‑through.
  • Lead a regional team and coordinate with product, marketing, distribution and retail operations to ensure consistent brand positioning and flawless execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans and monthly business reviews; analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimise performance.
  • Drive new business development, identify channel opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements consistent with brand guidelines and pricing policies.
  • Coach, recruit and develop high‑calibre sales talent; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and ensure rigorous pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of commercial leadership in luxury goods (watches, jewellery, leather goods or accessories) with responsibility for a multi‑country region or major territory.
  • Strong experience managing wholesale and retail accounts, including negotiations and contractual governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience building forecasts, P&L accountability and KPI‑driven decision making.
  • Fluent business communication skills in English; additional regional language(s) advantageous.
