Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain current visibility of all key projects and strategic initiatives across the region, leading execution and implementation of regional priorities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and comprehensive plans for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope
  • Coordinate and animate cross-functional stakeholders—internal resources, vendors, and third parties—while managing seamless communication for complex projects
  • Monitor and track project performance, analyzing completion of short and long-term objectives and managing scope, schedule, and cost changes efficiently
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks and establish mitigation strategies
  • Drive effective data sharing through dashboards, report templates, and visualizations to support strategic business decision-making
  • Improve cross-functional processes including reporting optimization and data harmonization initiatives to ensure business consistency and accuracy
  • Perform ad hoc analysis supporting various strategic initiatives and best-practice identification
  • Collaborate with other regions to identify, evaluate, and roll out best practices; develop new projects to increase regional business productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate wholesale market projects, information analysis, and distribution strategy for Specialist Watchmakers Maisons; develop understanding of multi-brand external strategic partner business models
  • Oversee involvement in development of Time Vallée multi-brand stores in Japan and monitor POS data on store productivity, openings, closings, and business reporting

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of working experience in consulting and/or project management in complex, multicultural organizations
  • Proven hands-on experience setting up and optimizing action plans across multiple projects
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized with demonstrated multitasking capabilities
  • Adaptable mindset with ability to flex with changing priorities while maintaining focus on goals
  • Proactive judgment with capacity to generate strategic suggestions and ideas
  • Strong understanding of luxury goods business operations and dynamics
