Richemont seeks a Regional Product Manager (UAE National) in Dubai on a fixed‑term contract to lead product and assortment strategy across the UAE.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional product strategy and assortments for the UAE market, aligned with global brand directives and commercial objectives.
- Lead product lifecycle activities including launch planning, localisation of ranges, seasonal allocation and end‑of‑life decisions across retail and wholesale channels.
- Collaborate with commercial, retail, marketing and supply teams to ensure timely product availability, pricing consistency and go‑to‑market readiness.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory KPIs and market trends to optimise assortment, pricing and replenishment decisions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with regional distributors, retail teams and maison product teams, ensuring clear communication and commercial alignment.
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts and post‑launch analysis to inform assortment optimisation and future product briefs.
Qualifications
- UAE national (Emiratian) — mandatory for this vacancy.
- Proven experience in product management or merchandising within the luxury sector, ideally in watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience using sales and inventory data to drive assortment and pricing decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross‑functional, multi‑market launches.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years of progressive experience in product, merchandising or category management within luxury retail or wholesale, with at least some exposure to regional market management and coordinating product launches across retail networks.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent; advanced degree or specialised training in luxury retail is an advantage.
