Richemont seeks a Regional Performance Manager in Dubai to drive performance excellence across regional operations and support strategic decision-making.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional performance frameworks aligned with corporate strategy
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across business units and functions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Establish benchmarking standards and track progress against targets
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance management or business analytics
- Advanced knowledge of performance management systems and methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of luxury goods or FMCG business operations
- Excellent communication skills in English

Experience
5+ years in performance management, business analysis, or a related strategic planning role within luxury retail or multinational corporate environments. Previous experience working with regional teams and managing cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced certification in performance management is advantageous.
