Montblanc Regional Performance Manager – Dubai. Drive MEIA market growth and oversee budget, reporting, legal, and e-commerce initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate yearly regional business unit budgets and phasing schedules with the sales team
  • Monitor Montblanc's retail network across the MEIA region including size, profitability, openings, closures, and typology benchmarked against competitor brands
  • Analyze and track market intelligence and establish strategic priorities and action plans with market heads for network renovations, expansions, and closures
  • Analyze existing business models and propose structural changes to support regional performance while preserving global profitability metrics
  • Prepare monthly reporting including WA sales reports, network trackers, gratuities reports, and SIHH sales analysis
  • Identify new business opportunities, prepare business cases, and participate in validation processes
  • Manage e-commerce market analysis, new e-retailer setup, and competitive segmentation studies
  • Maintain and develop legal agreements, commercial contracts, and documentation for boutiques, shop-in-store locations, and online channels
  • Prepare commercial agreements for new clients and addendums for existing contracts including relocations and terminations
  • Oversee product launches ensuring alignment with launch plans and tracking sell-out performance
  • Process purchase orders and manage vendor master data in SAP
  • Manage capital expenditure budgets and coordinate with Sales Directors and Site Development Partners

Qualifications

  • University degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in account management, event management, or similar roles
  • Project management skills essential
  • Retail or luxury brand experience highly desirable
  • Management experience with both direct staff and external suppliers
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of SAP systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the MEIA region including Saudi Arabia and Europe
