Cartier Regional Operations Intern in Meyrin, Geneva — manage distribution, stock allocation, and staff sales operations in luxury jewelry and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Allocate stock to distribution networks according to business needs and merchandising recommendations
- Collaborate with distribution planners and product allocation coordinators to improve operational processes
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks to optimize distribution efficiency
- Execute stock transfers and adjustments within the network according to Maison guidelines on performance and representativity
- Manage Switzerland staff sales orders end-to-end, including allocation, shipment, invoicing, and after-sales support
- Serve as the point of contact for all staff sales order requests
- Build and enhance reporting systems for monitoring staff sales activity
- Coordinate with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff website animation
- Support the operations team on continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a business or engineering school
- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to service excellence and rapid responsiveness
- Valid internship agreement or student enrollment
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail operations, supply chain coordination, or similar distribution environments is preferred. Familiarity with order management systems and cross-functional team collaboration in a client-centric luxury setting is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a business or engineering school is preferred.
