Richemont seeks a Regional Operations Intern in Meyrin, Switzerland to support regional operations, logistics coordination and KPI reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the regional operations team with daily administrative and coordination tasks across boutiques, warehouses and third-party partners.
- Consolidate and analyse operational data and KPIs to produce regular reports and presentations for regional managers.
- Assist with logistics coordination, order follow-up and stock movement reconciliation between distribution centres and retail locations.
- Contribute to project workstreams such as store openings, seasonal rollouts and process-improvement initiatives, liaising with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs and trackers to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional English is required and French is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, organised and able to prioritise competing tasks within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across international teams and travel regionally if required.

Experience
Previous internship experience in operations, logistics, retail operations or supply chain is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates typically have up to 1–2 prior internship placements or relevant academic project work.
Education
Enrolment in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
