Richemont seeks Regional Operations & Distribution Assistant Manager in Singapore to optimize accessories inventory across SEAO network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the key regional owner for accessories' stock availability across SEAO, driving alignment with commercial priorities and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Lead regional and local stock rebalancing strategies across networks, optimizing category inventory allocation and minimizing stock imbalance
- Oversee inventory health and stock coverage, ensuring alignment with KPIs, product segmentation, and boutique typologies while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Provide strategic insights to Merchandising and Commercial teams to influence assortment planning and sales forecast adjustments
- Drive governance and control over return flows including defective, consignment, discontinued, and buy-back inventory
- Lead end-to-end management of product quality issues, including escalation, resolution, and continuous improvement of processes related to defective and non-compliant inventory
- Oversee and optimize order fulfilment processes across the region, ensuring alignment with allocation strategies and business priorities
- Proactively monitor stock and order performance, driving cross-functional alignment to resolve bottlenecks and improve service levels
- Lead coordination of regional shipments across all networks, ensuring operational excellence and full compliance through strong stakeholder management
- Own and enhance reporting frameworks, providing actionable insights on inventory performance to support business decisions
- Identify, initiate, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational excellence within supply chain and distribution
- Participate in various Supply Chain projects to build expertise and gain exposure to diverse aspects of the domain
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations or related functions
- Proven track record of managing a wide SKU base and extensive retail network
- Prior experience in the luxury sector (distinct advantage)
- Proficient in quantitative analysis
- Advanced skills in MS-Office and ERP systems
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment
- Quick adaptation to new situations and challenges
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
