Richemont seeks a Marketing & Merchandising Manager for Watches in Hong Kong to lead product strategy, brand positioning, and market analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute comprehensive marketing plans for watch products, services, and specialty areas in alignment with company objectives and marketing systems
  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies and contribute innovative concepts to enhance brand plans and guidelines
  • Manage watch brand(s) through execution of brand plans, adherence to guidelines, and measurement of effectiveness via data-driven analysis
  • Collect and analyze customer and market data to inform marketing activities and ensure responsiveness to market trends
  • Lead project workstreams and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in accordance with project management methodology
  • Conduct product development and engineering activities to identify customer needs and deliver competitive, distinctive timepieces
  • Monitor and analyze the product life cycle across long- and short-term development and marketing strategies to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Prepare complex reports and documents using technology applications, and compile data for executive presentations
  • Contribute to data analytics and insights reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Participate in continuous professional development, formal and informal training, and pursue external accreditations relevant to the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience as an independent practitioner in marketing, product management, or merchandising
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading small teams or project workstreams
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in interpreting complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and technology applications
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry awareness
