Richemont seeks a Regional Marketing and Merchandising Manager for its watches division in North America. Lead strategy, merchandising, and brand initiatives across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the watches division across North America
- Oversee merchandising initiatives and product placement across retail channels
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, retail operations, and brand teams
- Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and consumer trends within the watches category
- Lead promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandise planning
- Coordinate with headquarters on brand alignment and global marketing guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury watches marketing or merchandising at a regional or divisional level
- Strong understanding of the North American luxury market and retail landscape
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management and product merchandising
- Experience working with luxury brands or within the Richemont portfolio preferred
Skills
Experience
7 years of experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a regional or portfolio-level role focused on watches or fine accessories.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
