Richemont seeks an experienced Regional Managing Director for Hong Kong to lead regional operations and drive strategic business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations and strategic business development across assigned markets
- Lead and mentor senior management teams to drive performance and organizational excellence
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global corporate objectives
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the region
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and institutional clients
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in executive leadership roles within luxury goods or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated track record in managing multi-country regional operations
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability
- Strategic business development and market expansion expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience
15+ years in senior executive roles, with minimum 5 years in regional leadership or multi-market management within luxury, fashion, or selective retail sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or advanced business qualification preferred
