Richemont Regional Managing Director – TimeVallée Asia Pacific – Hong Kong. Lead luxury watch retail strategy across 6 markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional strategy for TimeVallée aligned with global objectives, adapting to market dynamics and regional specificities
  • Drive sustainable growth in sales and productivity through aggressive yet measured expansion
  • Manage P&L for APAC region including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee all operational aspects ensuring client experience consistency, adherence to global guidelines, and scalability across functions
  • Identify and evaluate commercial development opportunities including boutique openings, brand mix optimization, and strategic closures
  • Lead multi-brand rollout projects encompassing commercial terms, store design, logistics, training, and critical compliance elements
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour to maintain TimeVallée's competitive positioning
  • Act as primary liaison with landlords, retail partners, Maisons, and Richemont functions, cultivating strategic alliances
  • Lead development and implementation of local innovative initiatives to enhance brand image and drive client acquisition
  • Manage and develop team covering commercial development, marketing, store design, retail operations, and training functions
  • Champion culture of talent development, engagement, and accountability aligned with brand and Group priorities

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in luxury retail management, ideally within the watch or jewelry industry
  • Proven experience partnering and negotiating with key wholesale accounts and luxury retail partners
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-functional teams and limited resources with hands-on management approach
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen with proven P&L management capability
  • Deep understanding of APAC distribution landscape, market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and luxury trends
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant asset
