Richemont seeks an experienced Regional Managing Director for Hong Kong to lead regional operations and drive strategic business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional operations and strategic business development across assigned markets
  • Lead and mentor senior management teams to drive performance and organizational excellence
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global corporate objectives
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the region
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and institutional clients

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in executive leadership roles within luxury goods or premium retail environments
  • Demonstrated track record in managing multi-country regional operations
