Richemont in Hong Kong hiring a Regional Logistics Senior Project Manager to lead regional supply‑chain transformation and logistics projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics and supply‑chain projects across the region, from concept and scope definition through implementation and post‑go‑live optimisation.
- Define project budgets, timelines, milestones and risk mitigation plans; ensure delivery on time, quality and cost targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including operations, distribution centres, customs/border teams, procurement, IT, commercial and external 3PLs/carriers.
- Drive selection, rollout and configuration of warehouse management (WMS), transportation management (TMS) and related systems; oversee integration with ERP landscape.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards to measure inventory accuracy, lead times, costs and service levels; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, third‑party logistics contracts and service‑level agreements; negotiate terms and manage supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with local import/export, customs and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions; incorporate security and sustainability requirements into logistics designs.
- Provide change management, training and governance to regional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related discipline; advanced degree desirable.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
- Proven track record of delivering complex logistics or supply‑chain transformation projects in a regional context.
- Experience working with third‑party logistics providers, customs brokers and cross‑border shipping regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams across countries.

Experience
Typically 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution or supply‑chain roles, with at least 3–5 years leading cross‑border projects and transformation programmes; prior experience in luxury retail, fashion or watchmaking is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or equivalent; master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an asset.
