Richemont Regional Logistics Project Manager
Richemont seeks a Regional Logistics Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead cross-border supply chain projects for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end regional logistics projects from definition through delivery, including scope, schedule, budget and quality control.
- Design and drive implementation of warehouse, transport and inventory optimisation initiatives (WMS/TMS upgrades, network redesign, inventory pooling).
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — brand supply chain teams, 3PLs, customs brokers, IT, retail operations and commercial teams — to secure alignment and timely execution.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, define SLAs and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Develop project governance, risk registers and mitigation plans; ensure regulatory and customs compliance across jurisdictions in the region.
- Establish metrics and reporting (dashboards, project reviews) to demonstrate benefits realization and continuous improvement.
- Deliver change management activities including training, process documentation and stakeholder communications to secure operational adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) or demonstrable project delivery track record.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in logistics modelling, cost-to-serve and inventory optimisation.
- Proven ability to lead multi-country programmes, manage external partners and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English; working knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 6+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain, with at least 3 years leading regional projects or programme delivery for multi-brand or multi-country operations. Experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery or high-value goods preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or formal project management certification preferred.
