Richemont seeks a Regional Jewelry Manager in Dubai to lead jewelry repair operations across the UAE. Lead technical teams, oversee boutique workshops, and ensure craftsmanship excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the regional technical authority and subject matter expert for jewelry repair techniques, materials, and best practices across the entire network
- Lead, mentor, and manage a skilled team of jewelers at the main repair center in Dubai, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee daily operations of the main jewelry repair platform and associated boutique workshops throughout the UAE
- Conduct thorough assessments and validations of completed work to ensure compliance with Richemont brand guidelines and craftsmanship standards
- Manage the strategic development and performance of the entire jewelry repair network across the region
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for technicians and jewelers in advanced repair techniques
- Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments of jewelry maisons and other Richemont entities to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management on regional performance
- Travel regionally as required to support network operations and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in jewelry repair management within a luxury brand environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating technical teams
- In-depth knowledge of fine jewelry craftsmanship, materials, and repair techniques
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience
Proven track record in jewelry repair management within a luxury brand environment, with demonstrated success leading technical teams and overseeing complex repair operations across multiple locations.
Education
Formal training or certification in jewelry repair, goldsmithing, or related fine craftsmanship discipline is highly desirable; professional qualifications in team management or operations leadership are advantageous.
