Regional Internal Control Manager – Europe at Richemont, based in Meyrin. Lead compliance and risk management across European operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal control frameworks aligned with Richemont's governance standards across European operations
- Lead compliance and risk assessment programmes across assigned European regions
- Coordinate internal audit activities and manage relationships with external audit partners
- Report on control effectiveness and compliance status to regional and corporate leadership
- Design and implement remediation plans for identified control weaknesses
- Facilitate training and awareness programmes on internal controls and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in internal control, audit, or risk management, preferably within luxury goods or multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in control design, testing, and remediation
- Understanding of SOX, COSO, or equivalent control frameworks
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
Skills
Experience
10+ years in internal control, audit, risk management, or related compliance roles, with substantial experience in multinational or luxury sector environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related discipline; professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) preferred
