Richemont Regional High-End Merchandising and Operations Executive (6–12 month maternity cover) in Singapore. Drive merchandising strategy, stock optimization, and luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product assortment across retail and external networks, aligning with merchandising guidelines and commercial trends
- Proactively monitor stock availability and execute reallocation opportunities to meet dynamic regional and market demand
- Conduct data-driven reviews of market assortments, integrating commercial insights, boutique feedback, and quantitative analysis
- Consolidate and fulfil event stock requests for effective allocation and ensure timely product delivery updates
- Follow up on repair cases and manage end-to-end client request fulfilment with adherence to lead times
- Execute pricing guidelines and coordinate packaging logistics with boutiques and central teams to maintain brand standards
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movement, providing regular status reports to stakeholders
- Liaise with Logistics for end-to-end shipment administration via SAP, ensuring compliance and efficient stock transfers
- Support High-End events and contribute to business initiatives including data automation, infrastructure enhancement, and system improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in retail merchandising or related field
- Proven experience in operations, inventory management, or stock management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Looker
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
