Richemont is hiring a Regional Head of Talent Acquisition in Hong Kong — senior APAC role leading recruitment strategy and teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with Richemont's business priorities across the Asia‑Pacific region.
- Lead, mentor and scale a multidisciplinary regional recruiting team, ensuring capability building and consistent operating standards.
- Partner with senior business leaders and HRBP to translate workforce planning into proactive sourcing and talent pipelines, including executive search and campus programmes.
- Own employer branding and candidate experience initiatives tailored to APAC markets to attract high‑calibre, diverse talent.
- Manage recruitment operations and vendor relationships (RPO, executive search firms, assessment providers) to optimise cost, quality and time‑to‑hire metrics.
- Implement and monitor recruiting KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, immigration requirements and internal mobility policies across jurisdictions.
- Drive talent mobility and cross‑maison recruitment initiatives to support leadership development and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in talent acquisition, ideally within luxury goods, professional services or consumer brands across APAC.
- Demonstrable track record building and scaling regional TA functions and multi‑market recruiting strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders and hiring committees.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and agency partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of regional talent markets, employment law nuances and mobility/visa processes across APAC.
- Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English; additional regional languages considered an asset.

Experience
Typically 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role covering multiple APAC markets and matrixed stakeholder environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR/Organisational Psychology) preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China.
