Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the regional marketing and merchandising strategy to maximise brand equity and commercial performance across channels (retail, wholesale, digital).
- Own regional assortment planning, inventory allocation and pricing strategy in close collaboration with buying, planning and local retail teams.
- Develop, approve and manage the regional marketing calendar, campaign roll‑out and trade marketing activities to ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners (agencies, visual merchandising, PR) to deliver omnichannel initiatives and launch programs on time and on budget.
- Set and track commercial KPIs, prepare regular performance reviews, and recommend corrective actions to optimise sell‑through and margin.
- Manage regional marketing and merchandising budgets, forecasting and P&L impact; ensure disciplined cost control and ROI measurement.
- Coach and develop direct reports; build capability across markets to ensure local activation aligns with global brand guidelines.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform seasonal assortments, promotional cadence and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury marketing and merchandising with responsibility for multiple markets or a region.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in assortment planning, inventory allocation and margin management.
- Track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns and trade activation across retail and digital channels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels and across international teams.

Experience
Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, marketing or merchandising, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role or equivalent responsibility for multi‑market commercial performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
