Role & Responsibilities
- Lead commercial performance optimization across all retail banners and wholesale partnerships within the region
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategy aligned with Richemont's luxury positioning and financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with brand leads, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure cohesive commercial execution
- Mentor and develop commercial teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Report to senior management on regional commercial performance and market dynamics
