Richemont seeks a Regional Head of Commercial Performance and Excellence in Singapore to drive commercial excellence and performance governance across SEAO markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Curate and lead the implementation of key strategic projects and action plans across the organization, including regional business plan consolidation, commercial meetings, and network development roadmap
- Support the Commercial & BD Director in defining and prioritizing strategic projects and initiatives across Commercial & BD functions
- Orchestrate and roll out business development strategic initiatives—both regional and HQ-initiated—ensuring governance, alignment, and effective tracking via defined action plans
- Lead, upskill and animate the regional commercial excellence community, fostering strong collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment across markets, region, and HQ
- Drive the SEAO commercial excellence roadmap, adapting global priorities to regional needs while identifying opportunities to strengthen capabilities and processes
- Oversee the deployment of commercial excellence initiatives and change management programs across markets, ensuring effective adoption of tools, processes, and best practices
- Build and maintain a regional Performance Centre of Excellence in collaboration with Data & Digital leadership
- Lead regional sales planning and budgeting processes, overseeing reporting and forecasting frameworks while providing guidance and support to markets
- Facilitate the implementation and adoption of new reporting and analytical tools to drive performance in the region and foster a KPI-driven mindset
- Ensure data accuracy, relevancy, and consistency to support effective decision-making, working closely with Commercial, Finance, Data & Digital, and HQ Retail Performance teams
- Provide critical business insights to articulate SEAO strategic priorities and ensure KPIs are clearly defined, monitored, and tracked
- Analyze local and HQ reports, investigate performance trends, challenge assumptions, and identify risks and opportunities to support business decision-making
- Define and drive the regional Client Services Excellence roadmap, aligning with business and service ambitions
- Establish service standards and governance mechanisms across markets
- Lead the development and animation of the SEAO Client Services community, fostering capability building and knowledge sharing
- Oversee service-related performance indicators and identify opportunities to strengthen service excellence, client retention, and service-to-retail conversion
- Drive regional Client Services initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance service quality and support long-term business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Performance & Excellence team, fostering a culture of commercial curiosity, analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Coach and support the team, providing clear direction, development opportunities, and effective prioritization to maximize team impact
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with global, regional, and market stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring effective collaboration across the matrix organization
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial, business planning, performance management, or business analytical roles with a strong track record in commercial/financial performance, retail strategy, or business analysis
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner to C-suite stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across a matrix organization
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Strong commercial and financial acumen to construct compelling commercial narratives for stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI/analytical tools, with prior experience in Looker as a significant advantage
- Confident, credible demeanor with demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build consensus across diverse teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset combining analytical rigor with execution capabilities
