Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate critical finance projects across the European region, aligning them with strategic objectives and Group initiatives.
• Drive special projects and initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Direct Finance Operations projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end migration of financial reporting and analytics from Power BI to Looker.
• Develop robust Looker semantic models for scalable, reliable, governed financial dashboards, supporting adoption and decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Translate complex financial business needs into data product requirements; provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer, and continuously enhance automated solutions and Finance automation after migration.
• Standardize and automate financial processes to improve data product efficiency.
• Foster an engaged European finance community through proactive communication and engagement.
• Support the Regional Senior FP&A Manager in developing a Global FP&A Community of Experts (COE), aligned with Group Finance Process & Data strategies.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in analytics/BI engineering, including substantial experience in a Finance context.
• Ability to translate complex financial business needs into technical data product requirements, semantic definitions, validation criteria, and adoption strategies.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and time-sensitive transformation initiatives, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across Finance, IT, and regional teams in a matrix organization.
• Results-oriented, structured, and reliable, with a strong emphasis on data quality and clear communication.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
