Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate repair and preventative maintenance services across boutiques
• Communicate and liaise with store management and security teams to schedule and oversee maintenance work
• Perform regular boutique visits to ensure properties meet Cartier's stringent brand standards
• Supervise and evaluate the quality of work performed by external vendors
• Provide continuous feedback and recommendations to vendors to ensure consistent quality delivery
• Identify and establish relationships with local vendors capable of delivering high-quality, reliable services
• Support visual merchandising, events, network development, and boutique activations as required
• Provide maintenance recommendations and guidance to the Store Development & Planning team
• Oversee new boutique construction projects and renovation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage administrative functions including invoicing, vendor onboarding, and scheduling

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant facility maintenance or operations experience
• Facility management and/or construction experience in high-end retail environments
• Ability to interpret architectural and mechanical drawings
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-unit or multi-team environments
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with maintenance management platforms such as Fexa
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Skills

Experience

3–5 years of relevant facility maintenance, construction management, or facilities operations experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-unit operational frameworks.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or professional certification in facilities management or construction preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 125,000 per annum.
