Role & Responsibilities

• Own office maintenance standards and office fit-out and renovation delivery across the MEIAT region
• Implement and govern an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model across a multi-country portfolio
• Execute strategic contract management with IFM partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Richemont standards and service level agreements
• Deploy and adopt ticketing tools to manage service requests and planned maintenance
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for senior management and Maisons
• Ensure regulatory and sustainability compliance across all sites in collaboration with HSE and Physical Security teams
• Oversee vendor and contractor management to maintain service quality and cost efficiency
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Maisons, regional teams, and Group leadership
• Lead change management to ensure seamless transitions from project delivery into live operations

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of integrated facility management experience with direct expertise in office fit-out and renovation project delivery
• Proven track record managing multi-site, regional operations within complex matrix organisations
• Demonstrated experience leading IFM model implementation
• Background in luxury retail or comparable high-standard environment (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related technical field (required)
• Master's degree (preferred)
• Specialisation in real estate, facility management, sustainability, or luxury retail (advantageous)

Experience

8 to 10 years in integrated facility management with direct responsibility for office fit-out and renovation projects. Demonstrated expertise managing multi-site, regional operations within complex organisational structures. Proven experience implementing and governing IFM models across diverse geographic and operational contexts. Background in luxury retail or equivalent high-standards environment preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related technical field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Specialisation in real estate, facility management, sustainability, or luxury retail is advantageous.
