Richemont is hiring a Regional Ecommerce Executive (1-year contract) in Singapore to support online merchandising, campaigns and regional ecommerce operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support regional ecommerce operations for assigned maisons, ensuring timely execution of promotional calendars, product launches and campaign activations across the Singapore market.
- Localise and optimise online product content — titles, descriptions, imagery and metadata — in coordination with regional brand and merchandising teams.
- Manage day-to-day site merchandising, category page layouts and homepage rotations to maximise conversion and average order value.
- Coordinate inventory allocation and order flow with supply chain, wholesale and retail teams to minimise stockouts and backorders.
- Liaise with digital marketing, CRM and marketplace teams to implement localised digital campaigns and affiliate/promotional programs.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic and conversion metrics; prepare regular regional performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regional commercial and digital policies, including pricing, promotions and consumer-facing terms.
- Act as primary operational contact for external partners (platform vendors, payment providers, logistics) within the contract period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or online retail operations, preferably within luxury, fashion or premium consumer goods.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders across markets.
- High numerical literacy and strong analytical capability to interpret sales and traffic data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for luxury-brand audiences.
- Availability for a fixed one‑year contract based in Singapore.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in ecommerce or online retail, with demonstrable experience in site merchandising, campaign execution and cross‑department coordination. Prior exposure to luxury or premium brands and marketplace/platform operations is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Communications or a related field.
