Richemont seeks a Regional Digital Project Manager in Singapore to lead APAC digital initiatives for its maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional digital initiatives (ecommerce, site features, CMS implementations, digital marketing integrations) from scope definition through launch and post‑launch optimisation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across product, merchandising, marketing, IT and regional boutiques to ensure alignment on requirements, timing and commercial objectives.
- Manage external technology vendors and creative agencies, including contracts, SLAs, delivery milestones and quality assurance.
- Define and enforce programme governance: project plans, resource allocation, risk registers, change control and executive reporting.
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic technical acceptance criteria and test plans; oversee UAT and rollout across multiple markets.
- Track performance against KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, release quality) and drive continuous improvements and lessons‑learned.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing digital projects or programmes across multiple markets in the APAC region.
- Demonstrable experience working with ecommerce platforms, CMS deployments and third‑party integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills, able to influence at senior levels.
- Formal project management credential preferred (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certification) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Fluent business English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin) advantageous.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressively responsible digital project management experience, with at least several years delivering regional or multi‑market programmes; prior exposure to luxury retail or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, digital media, information systems, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications in project management or digital strategy are advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
