Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive regional digital roadmap aligned with Richemont business group and maison objectives, working under senior leadership guidance
- Lead complex digital projects across multiple markets, applying appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget
- Translate collective business requirements into actionable, scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Partner closely with commercial stakeholders across markets to design requirements and deploy digital solutions tailored to regional market needs
- Serve as primary point of contact to consolidate cross-functional feedback, ensuring alignment of project priorities and seamless execution
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across regional teams
- Strategically identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to enhance client and staff experiences through digital innovation
- Oversee local and global governance frameworks for digital product management
- Design, build, and implement solutions leveraging existing Group software and platforms, ensuring scalability and strategic alignment
- Drive pilot incubation efforts to validate new ideas, measure business impact, and accelerate innovation initiatives
- Manage solution backlogs and consolidate requests for improvement and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure quality assurance and brand compliance
- Act as bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure tool usability and clarity
- Create practical user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support stakeholder adoption
- Champion a culture of digital excellence through continuous learning and knowledge sharing across teams and markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software development, web development, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or equivalent discipline
- Master's degree or relevant certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile methodologies (advantageous)
- 5–7 years of professional experience building and managing digital solutions, ideally within luxury retail or premium beauty sectors
- Proficiency in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex, multi-market digital projects with strong cross-functional coordination capabilities
- Proven experience operating effectively within matrix organizations and navigating ambiguous business environments
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, website optimization, social media integration, and digital retail solutions
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent)
