Richemont in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Digital Analyst (1‑year contract) to drive digital analytics and e‑commerce insights across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse digital performance across regional e‑commerce and brand websites; translate data into actionable recommendations to improve conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Design, build and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports for regional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Measure and attribute marketing and campaign effectiveness across paid, owned and earned channels; produce post‑campaign analyses and forecasts.
- Conduct funnel and cohort analyses to identify friction points, growth opportunities and customer segment behaviour.
- Specify, implement and validate tracking requirements (tagging, events, e‑commerce schemas) in partnership with development and tag‑management teams.
- Define and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests; ensure robust test design, measurement and interpretation of results.
- Ensure data quality, governance and alignment with global analytics standards; troubleshoot discrepancies between platforms and sources.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, CRM, merchandising and HQ analytics teams to prioritise initiatives and support local market needs.
- Present insights and recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders; translate complex analyses into concise, commercial narratives.

- Proven ability to convert digital analytics into commercial recommendations and measurable uplift.
