Richemont seeks Regional Cybersecurity Officer in Seoul to lead security strategy across Asia-Pacific operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with group governance frameworks
- Lead security risk assessments across retail, wholesale, and digital infrastructure within the Asia-Pacific region
- Oversee incident response protocols and coordinate with global security teams during cyber events
- Provide strategic guidance to regional stakeholders on emerging threats and security compliance requirements
- Conduct security audits and penetration testing programs for critical systems and retail environments
- Manage relationships with external cybersecurity vendors and third-party service providers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country scope
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in retail or luxury goods environment cybersecurity preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and regional data protection laws
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent recognized credential required

Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security, with demonstrated expertise in managing security programs across multiple territories or organizational units. Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with C-suite executives is essential. Background in luxury retail, fashion, or consumer goods sectors is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related technical discipline. Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
