Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial operations across APAC region encompassing multiple luxury brands and business lines
• Oversee preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management accounts in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across regional subsidiaries and operations
• Direct and mentor finance teams across APAC territories, providing strategic financial guidance to business unit leaders
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with corporate governance standards
• Liaise with corporate finance functions in Geneva and regional management on key financial initiatives and performance

Qualifications

• Chartered accountant or equivalent professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACA)
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial control, accounting, or finance management roles
• Proven experience managing finance operations in a complex, multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, international accounting standards, and local statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems

Skills

Experience

8–10 years in progressive finance control, accounting management, or financial operations roles within multinational corporations, preferably in the luxury goods, retail, or consumer sectors with exposure to multiple operating jurisdictions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent) is required.
